A Senior Product Manager for CGM in India is responsible for developing and executing the product strategy, managing the full product lifecycle for Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) devices and leading cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth in the Indian market. Key duties include market research, defining product roadmaps and collaborating with engineering, marketing, sales, and R&D teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions that align with business objectives. Work Setup: Remote role with travel as required for business purposes. Strategy and planning: Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy for CGM in India. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and drive product innovation. Product development: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales and medical affairs, to ensure successful and timely product delivery. Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, facilitating clear communication and decision-making. Market and business development: Develop market penetration and go-to-market strategies, including promotional and branding plans. Work with sales and commercial teams to provide product knowledge and training, and to define commercial models. Monitor product performance and use data analytics to inform decisions and drive business impact. Experience: 5-7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on CGM, Medical devices in India ~ Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and a strong understanding of software development processes (e.g., Agile methodologies). ~ Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and user research to inform product strategy and decisions. ~ Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong understanding of the Indian healthcare market and a commercial approach to product development.
