Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation Develop and manage a platform-specific content strategy (Instagram, , Tik Tok*, X, You Tube, etc.). Create high-quality, educational, compliant cannabis content: reels, posts, stories, infographics, blog snippets, and campaign creatives. Maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with cannabis culture and regulations. Community Management Build and engage with an online community of cannabis consumers, B2 B partners, industry operators, and advocates. Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries while ensuring compliant communication. Manage influencer partnerships and UGC creators in cannabis-friendly regions. Campaigns & Growth Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, events, partnerships, and awareness drives. Monitor platform changes and leverage growth opportunities without violating cannabis advertising policies. Run organic campaigns; support paid campaigns where allowed (geo + policy compliant). Analytics & Reporting Track performance metrics: reach, impressions, follower growth, engagement, CTR, traffic, conversions. Build weekly/monthly dashboards with insights and recommendations. Run competitor benchmarking and trend analysis. Compliance Ensure all content adheres to cannabis advertising restrictions (state-level rules, age gating, platform policies). Implement risk-reduction strategies for shadow bans,
