Job Description:

  • Updated the EC configuration workbooks and also the Business process documents (BPD)
  • Worked on Employee Export, Import Employee Data for Mass Hiring actions
  • Worked on RBP, managing User permissions as per the Business need
  • Worked on Time Off, configured Time Management, Leave Types, Time profites, Absence Requests in Time Off, Basic Accrual Rules, Event Related Accrual Rules
  • Worked on Leave carry forward, Period-End-Processing rules
  • Leave of Absence (LOA), Time Off Imports and Time Off Reporting
  • Configured SSO login, partial SSO Login, enabled users login with SSO or PWD based on the client requirement
  • Worked on Reports and Analytics, Report-Canvas, Report-Table
  • Worked on Manage Mass changes
  • Configured custom portlets, fields, attachments in Employee Profile Page
  • Configured Workflow and Business rules as per business need
  • Configured MDF objects and setting up their associations and workflows
  • Configured Generic objects and setting up their associations with various FO objects and another generic object as per requirement
  • Worked on Upgrade center, Translations, Text Replacement
  • Worked on Position Management Settings, Position Org Chart & Manage Position
  • Worked on Field Mapping tool for integration with Employee Central
  • Worked on configuring custom portlets and also customizable fields in People Profile Page
  • Worked on Integration b/w SuccessFactors instance and Jumpcloud Workboad through ODATA API
  • Created building walkthrough's/flows creation for all the HR transactions through Chrome Extension/Editor
  • Admin Center configuration and General Settings
  • Import and Export Employee data
  • Worked on RBP, Manage Permission Groups, Manager Permission Roles and assigning Role based permission
  • Configuration of Foundation objects like Location, Geo Zone and Frequency etc.,
  • Configuration of MDF Foundation objects like Legal Entity, Division and Department etc.,
  • Configuration of other objects including Personal, Employment and Generic objects
  • Worked on XML Data model configurations - Corporate data model, Succession data model,
  • Worked on Import and Export Data option for Picklists
  • Configured various Event reasons, Derivation Rules and setting up Event-reason derivation rules
  • Configured Workflow Derivation Rules and Setting up approvals for workflows
  • Configured Business rules for Automatic - Position code generation, Employee ID generation
  • Created Dynamic Roles and Dynamic Groups for the Workflow Configuration
  • Configured Succession Data Model for all Portlets, Fields enable and Label changes
  • Configuration of People Profile with the help of background and permissions elements
  • Configuration of Position Management and creating various positions to trigger the respective fields
  • Configured TIME OFF using Generic objects like Holidays, Holiday calendar, Work schedule, Time types (accrual, annual), Time account types, Time accounts and Rules
  • Configured home page of Instance with various portlets and company's logo
  • Worked on various settings in Provisioning, e.g., Company Settings, Managing Job Scheduler, Permission Roles, Succession Management (Importing/Uploading Employee Central Data Models and the associated DTD's)
  • Worked on Text Replacement
