The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to multiple clients, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
We are looking for an individual with strong technical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions, focusing on Employee Central and Time Tracking modules
- Deliver high-quality services to multiple clients, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation
- Work closely with functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors products and services, staying current with new features and releases
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Human Resource Management (or related field)
- At least 2 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions, specifically Employee Central and Time Tracking modules
- Strong technical skills, including hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors configurations, testing, and implementations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and practices
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on industry standards and relevant factors such as location and experience.
