Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition strategy within the Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) industry. You will oversee the entire recruitment process, drive employer branding initiatives, and ensure that we attract and retain top talent to meet our business needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Research new hiring strategies and report findings internally.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain excellent time management and organizational skills to work independently.
  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the KPO sector.
  • Build relationships with potential candidates and persuade them to consider roles with CountHQ, both now and in the future.
  • Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidates and the employer.
  • Create candidate personas for each open position.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges in talent acquisition.
  • Conduct research on competitors and the marketplace, reporting findings internally.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top talent, overseeing recruitment marketing initiatives and promoting company culture.
  • Attract candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, social media, job platforms, and professional networks, with a focus on cold outreach.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
  • Track recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.


Required Skillset

  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Outstanding communication and persuasion abilities.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience and success with cold candidate outreach and sourcing.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with adequate planning.
  • Deep understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques.
  • Sales and customer service skills applicable to talent sourcing.
  • Confident and pleasant personality to build relationships with candidates.
  • Well-organized and able to work independently with excellent time management skills.
  • Confident in working with targets and negotiating expectations internally.
  • Sound judgment with the ability to communicate reasons for different courses of action.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office (Word and Excel); experience with Zoho is preferred.
  • A strong desire to succeed.


Academic Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant degree such as a Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business, Education, Business Administration, or an MBA in Human Resources Management.
  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or talent acquisition specialist in a recruitment firm or similar position.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in consulting firms, with a focus on cold candidate outreach.
