BDO India LLP (or BDO India) is the India member firm of BDO International. BDO India offers strategic, operational, accounting and tax & regulatory advisory & assistance for both domestic and international organizations across a range of industries. BDO India is led by more than 300 Partners & with a team of over 7000 professionals operating across 12 cities. We expect to grow sizably in the coming 3-5 years, adding various dimensions to our business and multiplying the increasing the current team size multi-fold.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Collaborate with the team to gather and analyse requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Design and implement database schemas and queries for optimal performance.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed to enhance application functionality.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development and Laravel framework.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications on web servers and cloud platforms.
- Continuously optimize and refactor existing code for improved efficiency and maintainability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PHP Developer with expertise in Laravel framework.
- Expertise in MYSQL Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frontend technologies.
- Experience with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- Knowledge of web security principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
