Detailed Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI/RE-FX Consultant with strong expertise in Lease Accounting (IFRS16) and SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) . The ideal candidate should be adept at handling customer interactions, preparing documentation, and leading SAP implementations with focus on financial lease accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience in SAP FI / RE-FX – Lease In and Lease Out , with a focus on IFRS16 compliance .
  • Involved in business requirement gathering , gap analysis, and solutioning.
  • Participate in and lead discussions with internal and external business/functional teams .
  • Design and configure SAP solutions to meet business needs.
  • Create Business Process Documents , Key Data Structures , Functional Specifications , User Manuals , and Training Materials .
  • Application development of Real Estate Lease-in contracts with adherence to IFRS16, HGB, and Local GAAP valuation principles.
  • Conduct Unit Testing (UT) , System Integration Testing (SIT) , User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , and Data Migration activities .

Good to Have Skills (Optional)

  • Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, or CO).
  • Exposure to S/4HANA environments.
  • Understanding of automation tools or accelerators for Lease Accounting compliance.
