Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who can join immediately and contribute to the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a software company and will be responsible for driving lead conversion, conducting market research, gathering client requirements, and providing exceptional sales and marketing support. You must be a self-starter with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:Lead Conversion: Identify and convert potential leads into clients through effective engagement and follow-up.Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, competitor analysis, and new business opportunities.Requirement Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and gather precise project requirements.Client Calls & Meetings: Schedule and conduct client calls to present solutions, address inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships.Proposal Creation: Collaborate with the technical team to draft and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in various sales and marketing initiatives, supporting campaign execution and performance tracking.CRM Updates: Maintain and update CRM records regularly, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up tracking.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination for business deals.Key Skills & Qualifications:2-3 years of experience in a similar role at a software company.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.Self-starter with excellent initiative and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
