We are looking for motivated Engineering graduates and final-year students who are passionate about Software Development and Artificial Intelligence. This opportunity at COE Security LLC is designed to help you build strong foundations in modern software engineering, AI development, and real-world solution building. Complementary Training Period (First 12 Months) This is an unpaid training phase where you will receive hands-on exposure to: Software development practices Artificial intelligence and machine learning fundamentals Model development and deployment Modern programming tools and frameworks Minimum Skills Required for Training Software Development Skills Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (OOP, algorithms, data structures) Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python / Java / C++ / JavaScript) Basic understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) Artificial Intelligence (AI) Skills Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning) Familiarity with Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn Understanding of neural networks and deep learning fundamentals Ability to analyze datasets, perform preprocessing, and build simple ML models Internship Period (Next 6 Months) After successfully completing the training period: You will transition into a paid internship Work on AI-driven applications, backend systems, automation tools, and product development Build real-world software components and deploy machine learning models Participate in code reviews, development sprints, and project delivery Gain exposure to DevOps, testing, and cloud environments Based on your performance, you may be encouraged to apply for a full-time role at COE Security. Contribute to building and improving software applications Develop and train machine learning models for production use Implement backend services, APIs, and automation tasks Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, AI, and engineering Participate in research on new technologies, frameworks, and AI trends Assist in testing, debugging, and optimizing applications Bachelor’s degree (or final year) in Engineering (CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, AI/ML, or related streams) Strong understanding of computer science concepts Familiarity with Python, Java, or C++ Basic knowledge of machine learning/AI Work on real-world AI and software development problems Mentorship from experienced developers and AI engineers Build high-impact projects to strengthen your career portfolio Expand your professional network within the technology ecosystem Resume building: Strengthen your resume with real project exposure in a reputable organization Successful trainees may transition into full-time roles Free Training Flexible hours to accommodate academic commitments Flexible based on student availability and university schedule Role is remote We are an equal opportunity organization and welcome applications from all engineering graduates regardless of background.
