Coriolis Corp is dedicated to ensuring seamless and efficient support for businesses navigating complex regulatory frameworks.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin professional located in Pune. The responsibilities include implementing and managing HR policies, handling employee benefits and personnel administration, and ensuring compliance with company-wide HR initiatives. The role involves overseeing HR management functions, coordinating with various departments, and streamlining administrative processes to support organizational objectives effectively.Qualifications- Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management- Proficiency in HR Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration- Excellent organizational and communication skills- Ability to work collaboratively and manage on-ground operations- Advanced degree or certification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred- Experience in legal compliance and regulatory aspects is an added advantage- Salary preparation, PF ESI leave calculation, Gruatuity calculation etc- POSH act, code of conduct implementation- Attendance and leave management- Employee documentation
