Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide the Amazon PPC team to deliver exceptional campaign results.

Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative Amazon PPC strategies to maximize ROI, improve sales velocity, and achieve target ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale) and TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sale).

Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, optimization, and monitoring of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.

Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize ad spend and improve outcomes.

Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement advanced targeting strategies to capture high-intent traffic.

Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across campaigns to ensure efficient utilization.

A/B Testing : Experiment with ad creatives, bidding strategies, and placements to identify high-performing combinations.

Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and marketplace trends to identify opportunities and threats.

Reporting & Insights: Provide detailed performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.

Collaboration: Work closely with the product, Support and creative teams to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives.

Stay Updated: Keep up with Amazon Advertising updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in Amazon PPC advertising with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns.

1+ years of experience leading and managing a team of PPC specialists.

In-depth knowledge of Amazon Advertising platforms and tools.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and third-party PPC tools.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
