Presales Consultant

Presales Consultant :
You will be working with one of the largest business coaching and consulting organizations in Asia that supports SME businesses. This role will give you exposure to business owners across 180+ industries and you will be speaking to some of the smartest entrepreneurs across South East Asia on Zoom/Phone.
You will be identifying their problems, qualifying on their fitment for our consulting program and and if they’re a good fit, enrolling them into our personalized consulting program that is designed to scale any SME business by 2X or more.

Academic Qualification: Desired Experience: Any Graduate
3 years of experience with Inside Sales or Consultative Sales.
Entrepreneurial experience or dealing with education products would be a definite plus.
Responsibility Deliverables:
- Being a business growth consultant that business owners look upto, for solutions and inputs
- Leads directly booked into your calendar to qualify and book them
- Understanding the nature of challenges potential clients are facing in their business
- Being able to analyze the root cause of the problems
- Qualifying them to see if they're a good fit for our service
- Being able to nurture the conversation with authority and poise, while sharing how our coaching program can fast track business growth and revenue
- Adhere to all internal reporting norms to track progress and daily tasks
Desired Skills:
- People Skills - As you will be speaking with business owners, being a natural rapport builder is critical.
- Articulation - Communicating effectively and having the ability to describe complex concepts in simple language for easier and better understanding.
- Integrity - Ability to follow through with what you say. Being honest with prospects and only enrolling clients who are a great fit.
- Leadership - Ability to lead prospects to the best decision for them even if that decision is outside their comfort zone. Taking a stand for what’s best for people.
- Perfecting the Craft - Disciplined to perfect your craft and doing what’s required in the role.
- Proactivity - Ability to take charge of business related conversations with potential clients.Showing initiative while being driven to achieve the goals.
- Organized & Attention to Detail - Staying up to date with your numbers and CRM activities. This is secondary to sales goals, but still important.
- High Standards - You will be tasked with helping prospects live up to their highest standards. Therefore, you must live up to our own high standards.
- Poise - Having crucial discussions with prospects can be life changing conversations for them. You must be calm under pressure and hold space to help the prospect make the best decision for them.
- Closing - Ability to handle conversations during negotiations. Knowing how to seal the deal and getting people over the finish line.
