We will redefine industry standards and push the frontier of what’s possible.If you’re a designer who dreams in systems and loves solving technical + human challenges, this is your playground.Job Description — Senior/Product Designer (UI/UX)Location: India (Hybrid/Remote flexibility)Compensation: ₹12 LPA fixed + ₹6 LPA ESOP (annual)What You’ll Bring- 3–5 years of proven experience in product design, interaction design, or UX/UI design for mobile and web platforms.- A strong portfolio with end-to-end case studies, showcasing problem-solving, design process, and shipped products.- Degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent professional experience or certifications.- Deep knowledge of design principles, UX heuristics, and usability methods.- Mastery of design tools such as Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems).- Strong skills in wireframing, storyboarding, prototyping, and communicating complex flows.- Curiosity, creativity, and a strong bias for testing ideas, learning fast, and iterating.- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills — able to influence stakeholders.- Ability to balance user needs with business goals and design solutions that drive measurable results.- Comfort in fast-paced startup environments where priorities shift quickly.How You Will Lead- Own and execute end-to-end product design strategy across mobile apps and responsive web.- Translate complex product visions into simple, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.- Engage with users directly — through research, testing, and feedback loops — and incorporate insights into designs.- Drive multiple projects in parallel, managing time and expectations effectively.- Define success measures for design projects, test assumptions, and iterate continuously.- Deliver high-quality outputs: UX flows, UI specifications, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.- Build and evolve a design system — reusable components, guidelines, and scalable patterns.- Collaborate deeply with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Content teams to ship usable, pixel-perfect experiences.- Contribute to design critiques and reviews, giving and receiving feedback constructively.- Maintain a strong point of view — backed by design rationale, customer insights, and industry best practices.- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies to push the design practice forward.- Help shape and scale the design culture within the team — mentoring juniors, advocating for user-first decisions.What We’re Looking For- A designer who cares about impact — not just screens, but outcomes.- Someone who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams.- A creative thinker who balances innovation with feasibility.- A problem-solver with a growth mindset, open to feedback and continuous learning.- A storyteller who can bring users, problems, and solutions to life.What We Offer- Competitive salary: ₹12 LPA fixed + ₹6 LPA ESOPs (total comp ₹18 LPA).- ESOPs with real ownership and upside as the company grows.- Hybrid flexibility (Noida).- Latest hardware and tools- Paid leaves- Learning & growth budget for courses and books- A culture that values design as a core driver of product strategy, not an afterthought.- Opportunity to grow into a Lead Designer role as the team scales.How to Apply- Send us your resume + portfolio link (with 2–3 detailed case studies).- DM us on LinkedIn.
