As the Senior Product Innovation Manager, you will be the driving force behind our product innovation, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch. You'll work closely with our team of experts to develop cutting-edge supplements and explore opportunities in the skincare market.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy and Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive product innovation strategyLead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launchAnalyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new product opportunitiesManage and prioritize the product development pipelineFormulation and Technical Expertise:Lead the formulation of new supplement products, working closely with our in house food scientist and nutritionistOversee product stability studies and shelf-life testingStay updated on advancements in nutritional science and potential skincare innovationsEnsure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirementsManufacturing and Supply Chain:Manage relationships with manufacturers, ensuring product quality and timely productionCoordinate with suppliers for ingredients and raw materialsOptimize production processes and costsTroubleshoot any issues in the manufacturing processPackaging and Design:Work with design team for packaging, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and costEnsure packaging aligns with regulatory requirementsCollaborate with the marketing team on product presentation and claimsCross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product launchesCollaborate with the Digital Growth & Analytics team to incorporate data-driven insights into product developmentPresent new product concepts and development progress to senior leadershipInnovation and Continuous Improvement:Drive innovation in product formulations, delivery systems, and packagingContinuously evaluate and improve existing productsStay informed about emerging trends and technologies in the health, wellness, and skincare industriesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related field; Master's degree preferred7+ years of experience in product development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the health supplements or nutraceutical industryProven track record of successfully developing and launching innovative productsStrong understanding of nutritional science, supplement regulations, and current market trendsHands-on experience in supplement formulation and product developmentKnowledge of supplement manufacturing processes and quality control proceduresUnderstanding of packaging design principles and production processesExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication and presentation skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) business modelFamiliarity with skincare product development and formulationExperience with product development software and project management toolsUnderstanding of digital marketing and e-commerce dynamics in relation to product developmentMonday - Saturday (2nd &4th Saturday working)9:30 am - 6:30 pm
