We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing engine and amplify Pharma Now’s reach, credibility, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Design and implement marketing campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO, SEM, Email, WhatsApp Business).
  • Drive brand visibility and positioning of Pharma Now in the pharma ecosystem (India + global).
  • Collaborate with the editorial, content, and events teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Lead Generation & Growth

  • Build and execute demand-generation campaigns for Pharma Now products (Magazines, Buyer Guides, Events, Mobile App).
  • Develop and track inbound lead funnels, ensuring continuous pipeline growth.

Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Optimize Pharma Now’s online presence for search engines and engagement.
  • Oversee paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms to maximize ROI.

Partnerships & Events

  • Support sponsorship campaigns for Pharma Now conferences and industry events.
  • Drive marketing communications around Pharma Now’s strategic collaborations.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance metrics across channels.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and engagement growth.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 2–5 years in B2B marketing, preferably in pharma, healthcare, life sciences, or media.
  • Skills: Strong command of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, CRM).
  • Mindset: Strategic thinker + execution driver. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot/CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and analytical skills.
