You will manage performance marketing campaigns, optimize organic search presence, and work on integrated digital strategies to grow our clients’ brands. THIS IS NOT A SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT ROLE.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Digital Marketer, you will lead SEO, paid advertising, and digital growth initiatives. The role focuses on optimizing visibility, running high-performing campaigns, enhancing website performance, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive traffic, conversions, and long-term business growth.Advertising- Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns.- Track and improve key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) through testing and audience targeting.- Align ad creatives and messaging with campaign objectives in collaboration with design/content teams.- Implement remarketing strategies to re-engage audiences and maximize conversions.SEO- Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve rankings and visibility.- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.- Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.- Stay updated with algorithm changes, AI-driven search developments (SGE, Bing AI, etc.), and SEO best practices to future-proof visibility.Digital Growth- Enhance website performance and conversions through CRO, A/B testing, and usability improvements.- Leverage analytics (GA, Tag Manager, Data Studio) to track performance and uncover growth opportunities.- Recommend and implement strategies across digital channels to scale brand reach and ROI.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital initiatives align with broader business objectives.Skills & Qualifications- 2-3 years of experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaign management- Strong knowledge of search algorithms, paid ads bidding models, and conversion optimization- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Search Console- Understanding of landing page optimization and funnel performance- Proven results demonstrated through past campaigns or portfolio- Based in Jaipur, available for in-office collaborationWhat We Offer:- A key role at a leading brand & marketing consultancy, offering the chance to work with diverse clients across various industries.- A collaborative, innovative, and supportive work environment.- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.About Nine Degree:Nine Degree is a distinguished brand & marketing consultancy that blends creativity, strategy, and storytelling to transform ideas into tangible results.
