We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about driving online growth, building brand presence, and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, this role is for you.

Must-Haves:
1+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
Strong expertise in SEO (on-page & off-page)
Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Skilled in Google Ads / Facebook Ads / LinkedIn Ads
Knowledge of Email Marketing campaigns and automation
Strong analytical & reporting skills using Google Analytics and social insights
Excellent communication, creativity & problem-solving abilities

Good to Have:
• Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Knowledge of Influencer Marketing campaigns
• Exposure to Marketing Automation tools
• Ability to create visually engaging posts, reels, and ad creatives
• Strong collaboration skills with content/design teams

Role Highlights:
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across channels
• Develop and manage strategies for SEO, social media, and paid advertising
• Manage influencer collaborations and online brand presence
• Create engaging posts, reels, and stories to drive audience interaction
• Track campaign performance and prepare KPI-driven reports
• Continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI and conversions
