Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic and analytical thinker with a strong background in vendor management , and should have experience collaborating with HR and manpower suppliers, managing contracts, and tracking vendor performance against business needs. Proficiency in creating and maintaining dashboards to monitor manpower metrics, as well as developing cost-effective manpower procurement strategies, is essential.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with HR companies to evaluate them for onboarding of off-roll manpower.
- Manage monthly vendor performance, including tracking manpower deployment, vendor-wise, business unit-wise, and country-wise metrics.
- Maintain dashboards to track manpower count, value of business, and other workforce metrics.
- Monitor and adjust manpower counts based on business demands, ensuring optimal workforce allocation.
- Manage contracts, agreements, and SLAs with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance and favorable terms.
- Develop cost-effective strategies for manpower procurement, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a balance between quality and cost.
- Analyze market trends to identify new manpower suppliers and maintain a vendor pipeline to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as HR, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless integration of manpower services.
- Track and report key procurement metrics to senior management, identifying areas for process improvement and cost savings.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all manpower-related contracts and processes.
- Assist in risk management by monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring contingency plans are in place to address any disruptions in manpower supply.
What you'll need:
- Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in manpower services.
- Strong analytical skills to track vendor performance and manage manpower data.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and HR agencies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
- Knowledge of workforce regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
