As we prepare to launch, we are building a core marketing team to lead our digital presence and growth.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a creative and strategic Content Creation & PR Strategist to shape our brand voice and amplify our presence in the beauty space. You’ll own the creation of engaging content, manage public relations, and build meaningful connections with media and influencers to drive brand awareness and credibility.Key Responsibilities:Conceptualise, create and manage high-quality content across social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest), blog, and websiteWrite compelling, on-brand copy for posts, product descriptions, emails, and press materialsPlan and execute PR strategies including press releases, media outreach, and managing press relationshipsIdentify, pitch, and manage collaborations with influencers, beauty editors, and relevant media outletsManage and grow the brand’s online community through engaging storytelling and active communicationMonitor content performance and PR impact; analyse data to optimise strategyEnsure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channelsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related fieldProven experience in content creation, copywriting, and PR strategy, preferably in beauty, wellness, or FMCGStrong writing, storytelling, and communication skillsExperience with influencer outreach and PR tools is a plusPassion for skincare, beauty trends, and digital storytellingWhy Us?This is your chance to work directly with the founder and play a key role in establishing the brand’s identity from day one.
