Digital Marketing Senior Director

ZeOmega is seeking an exceptional Director of Product Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives, ensuring they are in sync with the company's strategic growth plans across diverse business verticals. The ideal candidate will have profound market insights, allowing them to create competitive positioning, articulate key value propositions, and develop compelling content that deeply resonates with our customers. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, Director of Product Marketing will be responsible for driving various initiatives to support pipeline, revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The Director of Product Marketing will lead and execute marketing initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals. Product Marketing: Lead and execute outbound marketing activities aimed at generating product awareness, differentiation, and demand. Standardization: Define and standardize training materials, product guides, presentations, sales tools, stationery, colours, logos, end-user documentation, and packaging for both internal and external use. Collateral Matrix Implementation: Develop and implement a comprehensive collateral matrix to ensure appropriateness for various occasions and objectives. Digital Presence: Build a robust digital presence across earned, owned, and paid channels to enhance brand awareness, consideration of ZeOmega's services, and lead capture. Foster a satisfied and motivated sales force through effective marketing collateral. Internal Marketing Collaterals: Create marketing materials for internal functions. Marketing Programs: Design short-term marketing programs aimed at achieving specific marketing goals. Leverage knowledge in processes, tools, and techniques to plan and execute marketing collateral. Maintain excellent personal rapport with Sales, Business Development, Brand, and other marketing functions. Education & Experience: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Design, or a related field. Professional Experience: 12-15 years of combined experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the professional services industry. Global Experience: Experience working across time zones is desirable. Creativity and Analysis: Metrics Development: Develop and periodically report relevant metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and investments. Quality Assurance: Design and develop an internal marketing quality assurance process to ensure materials and communications align with strategic needs. Actively collaborate with all internal stakeholders to capture input, perspectives, and client insights prior to marketing launches.
