We're seeking a highly motivated and Junior Business Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in SaaS products. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for process optimization, and supporting the design and implementation of SaaS solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document clear and concise business requirements. DevOps Board Management Maintain and update the DevOps board to accurately reflect the status of user stories, tasks, and bugs. Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle. ~ Deliver actionable insights to support planning and decision-making. 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a technology or software development environment . ~ Strong experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum) ~ Proficiency with DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) for tracking requirements, sprint progress, and user stories. ~ Familiarity with software development concepts, SDLC, and QA/testing processes.
