Join our team and be a part of shaping the future of maritime safety through cutting-edge technology and analytics.Job Description:We're seeking a highly motivated and Junior Business Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in SaaS products. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for process optimization, and supporting the design and implementation of SaaS solutions.Responsibilities:- Requirement Documentation & CommunicationCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document clear and concise business requirements. Ensure technical teams fully understand the requirements and associated acceptance criteria through well-structured documentation and regular communication.- DevOps Board ManagementMaintain and update the DevOps board to accurately reflect the status of user stories, tasks, and bugs. Ensure consistent tracking of progress, prioritization, and alignment with sprint goals.- Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with the Product Manager to validate, refine, and document requirements. Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.- Solution ValidationReview completed development work to ensure it meets the defined requirements and acceptance criteria. Validate that each story/task is implemented as intended before it moves to the next stage.- Sprint Reporting & Progress TrackingProvide the Product Manager with regular updates on sprint progress, including story completion rates, blockers, and overall team velocity.
