The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, implement and manage HR policies, support talent acquisition and retention, handle employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and foster a positive workplace culture. Additional responsibilities include performance management, employee training and development, and acting as a strategic partner to other departments within the organization.Qualifications- Proficiency in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and workforce planning- Strong expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development- Knowledge of compensation, benefits administration, and performance management systems- Familiarity with labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements- Proven skills in communication, interpersonal relations, and leadership- Ability to develop and implement training and professional development programs- Experience in strategic HR planning to align with organizational goals- Relevant certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) and a degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
