The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, implement and manage HR policies, support talent acquisition and retention, handle employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and foster a positive workplace culture. Additional responsibilities include performance management, employee training and development, and acting as a strategic partner to other departments within the organization.QualificationsProficiency in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and workforce planningStrong expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational developmentKnowledge of compensation, benefits administration, and performance management systemsFamiliarity with labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirementsProven skills in communication, interpersonal relations, and leadershipAbility to develop and implement training and professional development programsExperience in strategic HR planning to align with organizational goalsRelevant certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) and a degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
