Job Title: Content Producer - Videographer and editor


Location: Bengaluru


Job Type: Full-Time



Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Video producer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video, possess excellent shooting and editing skills, and be capable of producing high-quality video content. You will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing videos that align with our brand’s message, marketing strategies, and business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

- Pre-production:

 - Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and storyboard video ideas.

 - Develop creative briefs and shot lists.

 - Plan video shoots, including location scouting, scheduling, and talent coordination.

 - Ensure proper setup of video production equipment (lighting, sound, cameras, etc.).


- Videography:

 - Operate cameras and other equipment to capture high-quality footage.

 - Work across a variety of video styles, including promotional, product demos, interviews, events, and social media content.

 - Ensure consistent lighting, framing, and quality during shoots.


- Post-production: (Optional)

 - Edit raw footage into polished final videos using video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro)

 - Incorporate sound design, graphics, transitions, color correction, and visual effects.

 - Ensure the final video is on-brand, compelling, and aligns with project objectives.

 - Collaborate with the creative team for feedback and revisions.


- Content Management:

 - Maintain an organized library of video assets and manage digital file storage.

 - Keep up to date with industry trends and techniques to ensure the content remains fresh and innovative.


Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor with a strong portfolio of work.

- Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).

- Strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of current video trends and best practices, especially for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
