You'll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will drive complex technical programs to support our expansion into new global markets. In this role, you will orchestrate cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, business, and legal, to ensure seamless market entry and ongoing success. By anticipating regulatory complexities, identifying and mitigating risks, and coordinating with diverse stakeholders, you will bring clarity to ambiguous situations and streamline decision-making. Your strength in program management and strategic leadership will be essential in delivering on tight timelines, optimising global readiness, and laying the groundwork for sustained international growth.

Build and manage detailed project plans across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of regulatory, technical, and customer-facing components.
Identify and mitigate risks early by applying strong program management rigor and collaborating with stakeholders to develop practical solutions.
Communicate program updates, risks, and decisions to senior leadership through clear written and verbal communication.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure technical solutions meet market-specific requirements and long-term goals.
8- 10 years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams
~ Proven experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders
~ Strong organisational skills with experience in building scalable processes
~ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting program updates and recommendations to executive stakeholders

Experience working on international expansion, localisation, or regulatory compliance in global markets
Experience defining and tracking KPIs and SLAs to drive program success and communicate impact to senior leadership
Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
