With a strong focus on community impact and digital inclusion , Mynfer is not just building services — we’re building capabilities, confidence, and change-makers for tomorrow .Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive located in Kottayam .The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. This includes planning and executing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads , Google Ads , PPC campaigns , and Performance Marketing strategies.The role involves driving organic growth , optimizing campaigns for ROI, managing social media marketing , creating engaging web content , and leveraging web analytics to measure and improve performance. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure all marketing initiatives align with the company’s business goals.Qualifications Proven experience in Digital Marketing , including Meta Ads , Google Ads , PPC , and Performance MarketingStrong understanding of Organic Marketing , SEO , and Content MarketingProficiency in using major digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, etc.)Excellent Communication and Copywriting skillsAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns accordinglyCreative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategiesBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications , or a related fieldAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in a digital agency or similar marketing role is a plus
