Role Overview You will own end-to-end client relationships for our US Executive Search Recruitment business while leading a small delivery/recruitment team. This includes hunting for new clients, growing existing accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery through your team, and driving revenue targets for the organization. You are expected to be a strategic seller, a relationship builder, and a hands-on leader who understands the US staffing landscape and can translate client needs into consistent, profitable placements. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Business Development Identify, prospect, and onboard new US clients in small to mid range companies staffing space. Conduct outbound sales via calls, emails, , and networking to generate qualified leads and meetings with decision-makers (Hiring Managers, HR, Procurement, VPs, Directors). Build a strong sales pipeline, maintain accurate opportunity tracking, and drive deals through the full sales cycle (lead → proposal → negotiation → closure). Prepare and present capability decks, proposals and service offerings tailored to client needs. Negotiate commercial terms in line with company revenue goals.
