DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to lead solution design, ensure architectural integrity, and guide engineering teams across the full delivery lifecycle. This role requires strong technical expertise in .NET, React, cloud-native architectures, and effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. The Solution Architect will drive architecture governance, best practices, reviews, documentation, and continuous modernization.ResponsibilitiesLead solution design with engineering, product, QA, and cross-functional teamsEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and reusable componentsPresent and secure approvals for architectural proposalsEnable collaboration across backend, frontend, DevOps, data, and integration teamsConduct code reviews for .NET, React, and related components (including MongoDB)Review performance testing strategies for scalability and reliabilityValidate release plans for technical readinessDefine and maintain engineering best practicesIdentify outdated technologies and recommend modern alternativesCompare and evaluate frameworks and solutions based on business/technical needsDefine upgrade paths for libraries, infrastructure, and integrationsPrepare and present change requests to CAB for approvalsEnsure architecture and solutions meet SOX and regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate and updated architecture diagrams, component docs, data flows, and decision recordsRequirements13+ years of software engineering experience, including 4–5 years as a Solution ArchitectStrong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, React, API design, MongoDB, SQLExpertise in cloud architecture (GCP/Azure/AWS), microservices, messaging, CI/CD, and DevOpsExperience with code quality and performance testing toolsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilitiesHands-on experience with architecture documentation tools
