Company Description Trimex Foods Pvt. a subsidiary of Stellar Concepts Pvt. is a leading powerhouse in the food and beverage sector. Representing brands such as PAUL, Chili's Grill & Bar, and Cinnabon, Trimex has multiple restaurants across India and Sri Lanka. Known for being the fastest-growing, customer-centric, and profitable player in the Indian retail F&B sector. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Business Development. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic person to lead the expansion of our restaurant network by identifying, evaluating, and securing new site locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new site sourcing, lease negotiation, and stakeholder management, particularly within the F&B or retail sector. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate with mall management, landlords, and legal authorities to secure cost-effective and high-potential sites for our brand's growth. Proactively identify and evaluate potential new restaurant locations in malls, high streets, and commercial hubs. Conduct detailed market research and feasibility studies, including competitor mapping, demographics, and footfall analysis. Prepare site assessment reports and financial projections for management approval. Lead lease negotiations with mall management, property owners, and developers to secure favorable rental terms and conditions. Work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure cost-effective deals aligned with company strategy. Secure the best possible commercial terms, including rent-free periods, revenue share models, and fit-out support where applicable. Liaise with mall management, landlords, and legal authorities to finalize and execute lease agreements. Coordinate with internal departments (legal, finance, projects, and operations) to ensure smooth onboarding of new sites. Oversee documentation and compliance requirements related to new site acquisitions and lease signings. Strategic Planning & Reporting Contribute to long-term expansion strategy and market penetration plans.
