Custom Furniture Design & Detailing · o Design custom-made furniture pieces as per space planning and theme. o Create detailed joinery and material specification drawings. o Suggest new trends, finishes, materials, and sustainable design ideas. o Maintain a design library of current material and furniture options. Project Timeline Adherence · o Ensure all design milestones are completed as per Gantt/project schedule. Site Visits & Quality Checks · o Conduct regular site visits during installation to check quality and design adherence. o Final design file submission (PDF + CAD + 3Ds). o Handover of drawing package to execution team. Team Collaboration & Professional Development · o Collaborate with junior designers or interns. o Attend skill-building workshops or material vendor meets.
