The PTP (Procure-to-Pay) Associate is responsible for executing day-to-day PTP activities with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with clients, managers, and process owners to ensure seamless execution of tasks, adherence to policies, and continuous improvement of PTP operations. Execution of PTP Activities: Perform assigned tasks in line with client-approved policies, procedures, and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Transition Support: System Utilization: Demonstrate working knowledge of PTP systems Oracle Fusion Issue Escalation: Promptly escalate service delivery or production issues to managers and collaborate to resolve them in a timely manner. Oracle Fusion Awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements in Accounts Payable and Procurement. Ability to identify, escalate, and assist in resolving service delivery or production issues. Works effectively with managers, process owners, and clients to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality outcomes. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant operational experience in a executing day-to-day PTP activities with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Ready for contract role in Hyderabad Can join immediately In-depth understanding and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting, including financial statements and footnotes. Experience supporting SOX compliance and working with internal and external auditors.
