Job Description Job Title : Workday Recruiting Functional Consultant Location: Remote (with potential onsite engagement as needed) Employment Type: Contract / Full-time Start Date: ASAP Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting Functional Consultant to join our client’s HRIS team. The ideal candidate will be Workday Certified and bring hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Recruiting modules. This role is critical in aligning the client’s talent acquisition processes with Workday best practices to ensure a seamless recruiting experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead functional design, configuration, and testing of the Workday Recruiting module. Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT stakeholders to identify and document business requirements. Support integrations with other Workday modules (HCM, Core HR, Onboarding, etc.). Configure business processes, job requisition workflows, and recruiting dashboards. Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing post-implementation support. Troubleshoot issues, perform system audits, and recommend enhancements. Stay current on new Workday releases and functionality related to Recruiting. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: Workday Recruiting Certification is mandatory. 3+ years of Workday Recruiting configuration and support experience. Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and HR systems integration. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
