One of our clients a Top Tier 1 IT Services Company is looking to hire for a Technical Recruiter role. Role: Technical Recruiter Experience - 2-3 years if full time MBA is from Top Tiered B-school else look for full time MBA with 3-4 years of experience max Permanent Mandate: MBA Full Time must have , must have hands-on Sourcing not only on Job boards but also on Linkedin and other channels. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT professionals to support our global business needs. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT roles — from requirement gathering to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop recruitment strategies. Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and social media. Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future IT requirements. Excellent sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social platforms. Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Naukri RMS) preferred. Qualifications & Experience: ~ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field. ~3-5 years of IT recruitment experience (corporate or agency). ~ Prior experience recruiting for MNCs or global technology clients is preferred. ~
