We’re having fun while we’re at it.Role & responsibilitiesTo assist RMs in the end-to-end process including credit underwriting, monitoring, documentation, sanctioning, meeting the desired portfolio and TAT standards.Position Responsibilities:Assist RM/SRM to grow revenues, build asset book and expansion of client base. Support in coverage of startups.Conducting detailed research on the financial history of businesses and individuals to determine client’s creditworthiness.Appraising prospective clients and preparation of CAN (Credit Appraisal Note) along with financial sheet as per the prescribed formatMonitor client’s compliance with credit terms on an ongoing basis; identify and advise early warning signals. Conduct periodic evaluation to ensure quality of accounts/portfolio.Appraising industries and lending eco-systems and help in creating innovative lending productsUpdating the management team on key developments in the lending space.Regular interaction with internal stakeholders (RM/Ops etc.) to be well informed of the activities related to clients.Drawing conclusions from available data (both quantitative and qualitative) regarding the creditworthiness the client.Preferred candidate profile2-5 years of experience in a similar role of ARM/Credit underwritingExposure in working capital/supply chain finance lending productRelevant experience in Banking/NBFC industryAbility to crunch data, analyze and present findings from financial statements & data setGood working knowledge of Excel and Power point along with ability to present it to senior stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple prioritiesEducation : CA qualified/ MBA in Finance
