Hiring: Engineering Leader / Delivery Head – BFSI Digital (Core Banking & Payments)Location : Pune (Hybrid – 3 days office mandatory)Experience : 15–20 years only (strict filter)CTC : 50 Lacs+++ Best in industry (no bar for the right candidate)Only apply if you match 100% of the below requirements – no exceptions.The RoleOwn end-to-end product engineering delivery for large BFSI transformation programs (Core Banking, Transaction Banking, Payments, Lending platforms)Define technical roadmap, architecture, and engineering practicesBuild, mentor, and lead high-performance engineering teams (80–150+ members) across locationsP&L ownership – deliver projects on time, on budget, and with predictable marginsDrive revenue growth within existing accounts and help bootstrap new logosChampion engineering excellence, Dev Sec Ops maturity, and IP creationMust-Have (Non-Negotiable)Total experience ≤ 20 yearsMinimum 5+ years in full-lifecycle product engineering delivery in Core Banking / Transaction Banking / Payments domain (Temenos, Finacle, Intellect, FIS, ACI, Thought Machine, Mambu, etc.)Recent hands-on (last 3–4 years) in full-stack enterprise technologies:Frontend: React/Angular + Type ScriptBackend: Java 17+, Spring Boot, MicroservicesCloud: AWS or GCP (EKS/GKE, Serverless, etc.)Dev Ops: Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Observability stackProven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue & margin targets as Delivery Head / Program DirectorBuilt and scaled cross-location teams with strong engineering governanceExcellent stakeholder management with CXO-level clients in India & overseasGood to HaveExperience in digital banks / fintechs / neobanksContributions to open-source or patents in banking domainTOGAF or cloud architect certificationsWhat We OfferOpportunity to lead mission-critical digital programs for Tier-1 banksDirect impact on P&L and
