The Role Own end-to-end product engineering delivery for large BFSI transformation programs (Core Banking, Transaction Banking, Payments, Lending platforms) Define technical roadmap, architecture, and engineering practices Build, mentor, and lead high-performance engineering teams (80–150+ members) across locations P&L ownership – deliver projects on time, on budget, and with predictable margins Drive revenue growth within existing accounts and help bootstrap new logos Champion engineering excellence, DevSecOps maturity, and IP creation Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) Total experience ≤ 20 years Minimum 5+ years in full-lifecycle product engineering delivery in Core Banking / Transaction Banking / Payments domain (Temenos, Finacle, Intellect, FIS, ACI, Thought Machine, Mambu, etc.) Recent hands-on (last 3–4 years) in full-stack enterprise technologies: Frontend: React/Angular + TypeScript Backend: Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices Cloud: AWS or GCP (EKS/GKE, Serverless, etc.) DevOps: Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Observability stack Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue & margin targets as Delivery Head / Program Director Built and scaled cross-location teams with strong engineering governance Excellent stakeholder management with CXO-level clients in India & overseas Good to Have Experience in digital banks / fintechs / neobanks Contributions to open-source or patents in banking domain TOGAF or cloud architect certifications What We Offer Opportunity to lead mission-critical digital programs for Tier-1 banks Direct impact on P&L and account growth Fast-track growth path to AVP/VP in 18–24 months ESOPs + performance bonus over and above CTC If you check every single box above , please mail your latest resume with subject line: “Engineering Leader – 100% Match – (Your Name) – (Current Company) – (Current CTC)” to: Applications that do not match 100% will not receive a response (we respect your time and ours).
