Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Solution / Enterprise Architect to lead the design, development, and oversight of enterprise-scale systems and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-native architectures, Microservices, and Generative AI (GenAI/Agentic AI) , coupled with experience in Healthcare IT services or product engineering . This role involves collaborating with delivery leaders , mentoring technical teams, and providing enterprise-level architecture oversight across multiple engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture design and development of systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.Define end-to-end architecture including software, hardware, and cloud components to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions .Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs.Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools , considering industry trends and best practices.Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure reliability and compliance.Create comprehensive architecture documentation with clear design rationale and implementation guidance.Oversee code quality, system performance, scalability, and maintainability .Integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI/Agentic AI and cloud innovations into solutions.Mentor and guide technical leads and developers to foster a culture of architectural excellence.Interact with clients, vendors, and delivery leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives.Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2, ISO27001).Act as an Individual Contributor at the vertical level , providing enterprise architecture oversight across multiple projects.Required Skills & Experience15–20+ years in software development and enterprise architecture.Proven experience in Microservices-based architecture and distributed systems.Strong front-end expertise with Angular, Bootstrap, ReactJS, NodeJS .Deep backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and RESTful APIs .Hands-on experience with cloud relational databases : Aurora MySQL, PostgreSQL.Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure (IaaS, PaaS, DevOps).Exposure to Generative AI / Agentic AI, LLMs , and AI-driven web/mobile product/platform development.Advanced knowledge of security and authentication : OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, Keycloak, Okta.Experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka or similar technologies.Expertise in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Bitbucket .Proficiency in API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI) and observability tools (Datadog).Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies .Prior experience in Healthcare IT services, solutions, or product engineering is highly desirable.Core CompetenciesStrong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently under pressure and manage changing priorities.Proven experience in mentoring and architecture reviews .Results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation, scalability, and solution excellence.
