Job Title: Manager – IT Infrastructure Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Purpose We are seeking a highly experienced Manager - IT Infrastructure for the Healthcare industry to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure to support our Digital Healthcare services. Join us at Adani, where we value innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of healthcare IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand IT infrastructure requirements and provide strategic solutions. Oversee the installation and configuration of hardware, software, and network components required for healthcare. Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity. Monitor infrastructure performance and address any issues or bottlenecks proactively. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and security protocols related to healthcare infrastructure. Evaluate emerging technologies like Advanced Cloud Networking, Io T, Edge Computing, Private 5 G, AIOPs and trends to make recommendations for infrastructure enhancements. Manage a team of infrastructure professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure necessary infrastructure components and services. Contribute to the development of infrastructure budgets and manage expenses within the approved budget. Experience 12-15 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the healthcare industry. Demonstrated success in designing and implementing complex healthcare infrastructure solutions. Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing IT infrastructure teams. Behavioral Skills Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with teams. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Adaptability and resilience to navigate challenges and drive positive outcomes. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and fostering a culture of integrity and trust. Technical Skills Expertise in healthcare infrastructure design, implementation, monitor and maintenance. Proficiency in Data center, Edge computing, Io T infrastructure, network architecture, Cloud Infrastructure, server technologies, and storage solutions specific to healthcare settings. Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and HITRUST for healthcare data management. Experience with virtualization, Cloud platforms, and cybersecurity protocols relevant to healthcare systems. Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and electronic health record (EHR) platforms. Non-Negotiable Skills Demonstrated experience in leading complex infrastructure projects in the healthcare industry. Proven ability to develop and mentor high-performing infrastructure teams. In-depth knowledge of healthcare-specific technology requirements and compliance standards. Education Qualification Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred. Certification Required Relevant certifications in IT infrastructure management and healthcare technology.
