Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Purpose
We are seeking a highly experienced Manager - IT Infrastructure for the Healthcare industry to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure to support our Digital Healthcare services. key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of healthcare IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand IT infrastructure requirements and provide strategic solutions.
- Oversee the installation and configuration of hardware, software, and network components required for healthcare.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and address any issues or bottlenecks proactively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and security protocols related to healthcare infrastructure.
- Evaluate emerging technologies like Advanced Cloud Networking, IoT, Edge Computing, Private 5G, AIOPs and trends to make recommendations for infrastructure enhancements.
- Manage a team of infrastructure professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure necessary infrastructure components and services.
- Contribute to the development of infrastructure budgets and manage expenses within the approved budget.
Experience
- 12-15 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing complex healthcare infrastructure solutions.
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing IT infrastructure teams.

- Technical Skills
- Expertise in healthcare infrastructure design, implementation, monitor and maintenance.
- Proficiency in Data center, Edge computing, IoT infrastructure, network architecture, Cloud Infrastructure, server technologies, and storage solutions specific to healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and HITRUST for healthcare data management.
- Experience with virtualization, Cloud platforms, and cybersecurity protocols relevant to healthcare systems.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and electronic health record (EHR) platforms.
Non-Negotiable Skills
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex infrastructure projects in the healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to develop and mentor high-performing infrastructure teams.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare-specific technology requirements and compliance standards.
- Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
Certification Required
Relevant certifications in IT infrastructure management and healthcare technology.
Certifications in Cloud technologies and cybersecurity are advantageous.
