You will be amazed to be a part of our growth story - Are you excited to join our team as Lead Quality Assurance Engineer? We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of QA engineers, oversee all aspects of quality assurance, and ensure the highest standards of software quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to define and implement quality strategies, testing processes, and automation frameworks that deliver reliable and scalable software solutions. Key roles and responsibilities: Experience: 8+ years in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior QA role. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in QA methodologies, test planning, and building automation frameworks. Accountability: End to End testing, Test cases planning and review, Ensure no defect leakage, production issues support, help in providing RCAs Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks. Defect Tracking & Management: Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ADO and test management platforms like Test Rail. Programming Skills: Strong scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Java Script. CI/CD Knowledge: Practical experience with CI/CD tools, e.g., Jenkins or Git Lab CI/CD, to integrate testing into deployment pipelines. Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail in software testing. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Good-to-Have Qualifications: Cloud Testing: Experience with cloud testing platforms like AWS Device Farm, Browser Stack, or Sauce Labs Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile principles, with experience participating in sprint ceremonies. Performance Testing: Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter or Load Runner. Certifications: ISTQB certification or similar QA/Testing certifications. Mobile Testing: Background in mobile app testing (both manual and automated) on i Os/Android of different models and screen sizes Database Skills: Basic SQL knowledge for backend and data validation testing. Monitoring Tools: Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
