Job Description for Quality Assurance Consultant with Schneider Electric India

About the role: There are various Business and Digital transformation initiatives within Schneider Digital for delivering required outcomes. This role’s pivotal responsibility would be to lead Quality initiatives across the SD organization, taking up complete end-to-end ownership of Quality Management, right from understanding Business pain-points to showcasing the continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Certifications

  1. Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
  2. Certified in one or more Quality certifications viz. – CMMi, Six Sigma, CSM, ITIL, SAFE Agile, etc.

Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience

Functional

  1. 10+ years of Quality consulting experience, working in the IT organization of MNCs
  2. Strong hold on Program/Project Mgmt. concepts
  3. Experience in facilitating SAP delivery teams as a SQA Professional
  4. Should have good knowledge of SDLC and various Software development frameworks (Agile, Iterative, DEVOPS)knowledge on Release Management/ Application Monitoring Concepts especially with SAP Solman, Logz.IO, CALM, Dynatrace etc.
  5. Define & Implement the Quality Assurance strategy & processes for E2E IT Service Delivery Organization
  6. Experience in Agile & SAFE Agile processes
  7. Provide strategic recommendations and action plans to drive business performance and transformation
  8. Develop roadmaps for implementing project management, Organizational change management, and design thinking initiatives
  9. Lead and manage transformation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  10. Experience in CMMi SVC (Preferably in 3.0) would be an added advantage.
  11. Experience in leading Quality / Transformation / Strategic / Six Sigma Projects
  12. Ensuring program quality assurnace & governance to SAP / S4 HANA based programs
  13. Should be experienced in working with tools such as Service Now /Tableau/ Solman/ Jira Capture, Monitor & Analyze Performance KPIs for the delivery organization and report key insights that’ll help improve the efficiency & performance.
  14. Should have the ability to conduct Trainings on all Quality-related tools & processes.Experience in managing senior stakeholders.

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  1. Support in Transformation initiatives/ larger programs, Provide Process consultation and facilitation to the teams.

Conduct the Process compliance audits

  1. Perform RCA Analysis to identify the root cause and proposing action items.
  2. Collect the project & RUN metrics to identify the deviations; derive insights & inferences.
  3. Tracking and following up the action items at a project/org. level
  4. Ensure all quality requests are addressed in a timely manner with optimal solution
  5. Conducting regular trainings on processes
  6. Effectively plan & organize work to deliver consistent results
  7. Ensure regular and optimal communication with all stakeholders
  8. Stakeholders Management
