Our RSOC division pioneers in Search Arbitrage and traffic monetization strategies, leveraging advanced data and media buying to deliver scalable growth.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Search Arbitrage Lead to drive the growth and profitability of our RSOC division. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing large-scale media spends on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) within a search arbitrage business model. This role demands strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate and build alliances with other media buyers and partner companies.Key Responsibilities- Search Arbitrage Strategy & Execution:- Develop, implement, and optimize arbitrage strategies focused on Meta and other paid platforms to drive profitable traffic at scale.- P&L Ownership:- Take full accountability for RSOC division’s revenue, margins, and growth targets. Consistently monitor, report, and improve overall performance metrics.- Budget Management:- Efficiently manage and scale media spends, with a focus on ROI and sustainable arbitrage models.- Partnerships & Alliances:- Identify, negotiate, and build strategic alliances with other media buyers and relevant partners to grow traffic and monetization opportunities.- Team Collaboration:- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, creative teams, developers, and data analysts to ensure end-to-end execution of campaigns and initiatives.- Market Intelligence:- Stay ahead of industry trends, traffic sources, and platform changes to maintain competitive advantage and explore new arbitrage opportunities.Required Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in Search Arbitrage, preferably in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.- Proven track record of managing significant media spends on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and/or other paid platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).- Deep understanding of traffic monetization models, especially related to arbitrage.- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.- Demonstrated experience in P&L management and business growth strategy.- Existing network and ability to form alliances with media buyers, publishers, and partners.- Proficiency in performance analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, tracking platforms, Excel, LookerStudio, etc.).- Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications- Experience working at or with a search arbitrage company.- Familiarity with native, display, or programmatic media buying beyond Meta.- Past experience leading or mentoring teams is a plus.What We Offer- Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses.- Opportunity to own and scale a high-impact business division.- A dynamic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial work culture.- Access to cutting-edge tools and traffic platforms.To Apply:Please send your resume and a brief cover note outlining your experience with arbitrage and media buying to (insert email or application link).Let me know if you want to tweak the tone, add salary range, or tailor this for a specific location or seniority level.
