JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Responsible for generating site visits through calling customers and developing opportunities for the
  • sales team through given sales leads.
  • Scheduling and conducting meetings with the customers- Understanding the need of customers and
  • offering solutions accordingly.
  • Auditing the leads and expanding the customer base through referral generations.
  • Compiling and analyzing Site visits figures
  • Collecting customer feedback, market research and keeping up to date with new products launches


SKILLS REQUIRED


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Cool-tempered
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Must be Graduate
  • Minimum experience of 1 years in Real Estate Tele-calling.
  • Have knowledge of Real Estate market.
  • Calling customers, understanding their needs and offering the best-suited projects for them.
  • Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
  • Suggesting projects based on customers’ needs and requirements
