Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales growth for the company. This role will also involve building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports to management. The Sales Specialist will also work closely with other teams to develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies and achieve sales targets.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Executive, or in a similar sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adept at understanding market trends and customer needs
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience working in the real estate industry is preferred
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
