You‘ll drive users to our three freemium products, then convert them to paid. This is a hands-on, metrics-driven role where you‘ll own the entire journey: awareness → freemium signup → activation → paid conversion. Our ICP (Who You‘re Marketing To): Consumer brands (D2C, CPG, beauty, fashion, wellness) Retailers & Ecommerce (omnichannel brands, online retailers) Agencies that serve consumer brands (creative, performance, social media agencies) Platforms that serve consumer brands (Shopify apps, creator platforms, ad tech) Location: Remote Type: Full-time Work Timings: US Shift ( 7:00 PM IST To 4:00 AM IST) Working Days: Monday to Friday Compensation: Competitive base + performance bonus + equity WHAT YOU‘LL DO Paid Acquisition (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google) Own paid media budget and performance - manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads Build campaigns targeting our ICP segments: D2C/ecommerce brands (Shopify merchants, DTC founders, ecommerce managers) Consumer brand marketers (CPG, beauty, fashion, wellness brands) Agencies (social media agencies, performance agencies, creative agencies serving consumer brands) Platform operators (Shopify app developers, creator platform teams) Create ICP-specific messaging: brands need creative at scale, agencies need client results, platforms need integrations Build campaigns for each freemium entry point (Creator Sourcing, Highlights, Winning Ads) Test ad creative, audiences, landing pages to drive down CAC Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency (CAC payback
