About the Role:
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as a liaison between the MD, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have experience in administrative roles within manufacturing or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and support special projects and initiatives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, and conferences.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of executive assistant or senior administrative experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Content writing skills.
