We act as an extension of our clients’ hiring teams to close niche and hard-to-fill roles efficiently.As we scale, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive client acquisition, build lasting relationships, and contribute to Talentoj’s growth journey.Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities with startups and product companies actively hiring.- Build and maintain strong client relationships with founders, CXOs, HR heads, and hiring managers.- Drive end-to-end business development: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closure.- Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.- Stay updated on market trends, funding news, and industry movements to spot high-potential clients.- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.Key Requirements- 3–7 years of BD / sales experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting (must).- Strong network with startup ecosystem and product companies is a big plus.- Proven track record of winning new clients and managing key accounts.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.What We Offer- Opportunity to work with fast-growing startups and innovative product companies.- Performance-driven incentives and growth opportunities.- Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and high-energy work culture.- Direct impact on Talentoj’s growth journey.If you’re passionate about sales, thrive in the startup ecosystem, and want to shape the future of hiring, we’d love to connect
