Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer with 7–12 years of experience to lead, manage,
and execute diverse civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in design,
construction, project management, and client relations. You will work collaboratively with
multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Design:
• Develop, review, and approve detailed project plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Oversee the preparation of structural designs, geotechnical investigations, and
environmental impact studies.
2. Project Management:
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and
quality standards.
• Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
3. Stakeholder Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Attend and lead client meetings to discuss project status, updates, and adjustments.
4. Construction Oversight:
• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, design specifications,
and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve on-site technical issues promptly and efficiently.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
Key Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record of 7–12 years in civil engineering with substantial exposure
to design, construction, and project management.
• Licenses/Certifications: Include Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent
Skills and Competencies:
• Proficiency in civil engineering software such as Auto CAD, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, or similar
tools.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction materials, methods, and legal regulations.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
