Job Overview We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketer to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience optimizing campaigns across digital channels. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Drive user acquisition, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization. Manage and optimize paid media budgets to maximize ROI. Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels. Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights. Own funnel metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates. Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to improve growth outcomes. Implement SEO, email, and lifecycle marketing initiatives where applicable. Track and report weekly and monthly growth performance. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing . Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing analytics. Strong understanding of funnels, attribution models, and growth metrics . Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, and tag management. Strong analytical, experimentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in fast paced, growth oriented environments.
